Hi, my name is Bev Henderson and originally come from
Hereford, England although I have been living in Yorkshire, England
for the last 20 years.
My love for bikes started at an early age when I was given a small
model kit of a Honda 250 Super Dream at 13 years old, I passed my
riding test when I was 17 and I am passionate about ANY sort of
motorcycling; as long as it has got two wheels and an engine then
its got my attention.
I am lucky enough to combine my two main loves of touring and
racing by regularly riding through Europe to follow the MotoGP and
WorldSuperbike series.
I also enjoy doing most of my own mechanicing on my preferred
V-Twin customs, although I have had the usual sports bikes in the
past.
I first met Rain in 2000 whilst on a holiday to the USA
and became instant friends. I offered to write an article
about my trip for the newly formed Biker Ally magazine and am proud
to have had an article published in every issue since. As British Correspondent, I write
about anything and everything to with the biking scene in Britain
and Europe and with this I have the opportunity to meet with all
sorts of people and visit all sorts of places. I couldn’t think of a better or
more fortunate way of pursuing my love for motorcycles than being
able to ride all day on my bike, experience the thrill and
adventure of exploring new places and then telling everyone who
reads Biker Ally all about it. It’s just
excellent!
